Data we receive

When you submit an enquiry through the website, we may receive your name, email address, company name and the information included in your message.

When you visit the website, the technical request and response data processed may include the IP address, date and time, host, path and query parameters, HTTP headers (such as the browser user agent and, when supplied, the referring page), approximate country and network information, response status, cache and security signals. Cloudflare and the website hosting provider may process this data to deliver and protect the request.

How the data is used

We use the data only to assess and respond to your enquiry and, if we agree to work together, to manage project-related communication. It is not used for marketing emails without separate consent.

Legal bases

We process enquiry data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries related to our business. Technical request data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in keeping the website secure, available and performant and in understanding aggregate traffic trends that are not tied to individual profiles. Accounting or other records required by law are retained to comply with a legal obligation.

Cloudflare proxy and Edge Analytics

The website is delivered through Cloudflare's reverse proxy, content delivery network and abuse-protection services. Cloudflare first receives a website request, selects its network route, may apply caching, DDoS protection or other security rules, and only then forwards the request to the website server. Content submitted through the contact form therefore also passes through Cloudflare's network.

We use only aggregate Cloudflare Edge Analytics reports generated from these ordinary proxied requests, such as totals for requests, page views, countries, response statuses and security events. These statistics do not load analytics code in your browser, set analytics cookies or use browser storage. We do not use these reports to build individual visitor profiles, combine them with advertising data or export raw visitor logs to a separate long-term database.

Retention and service providers

We protect the contact form against automated abuse using an invisible CAPTCHA, a hidden verification field and request limits based on the IP address (or the /64 network for IPv6). The rate-limit store contains only identifiers hashed with a private site key and attempt timestamps, not raw IP addresses or message contents. These security records remain valid for up to 24 hours and are automatically cleared during the next form check. They are not visitor analytics or marketing profiles.

Enquiry data is kept until the enquiry is resolved and afterwards only for as long as reasonably needed for potential cooperation, legal claims or records required by law. Website hosting and email providers may process data only as far as necessary to provide those services.

Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) is our infrastructure service provider. Cloudflare processes Customer Logs and other data handled on our behalf under its Data Processing Addendum and processes certain data required to operate and secure its network under its own Privacy Policy. Data may be processed across Cloudflare's global network, including outside the European Economic Area; such transfers are subject to the safeguards in the agreement, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. Technical data is retained according to the active Cloudflare plan, security settings and hosting-service retention periods. We use only the aggregate reports available for the period provided by our Cloudflare plan and do not create a separate long-term archive of visitor profiles.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cloudflare Edge Analytics is generated at the network edge from ordinary proxied requests without loading browser analytics code or using analytics cookies or browser storage. The website uses the following necessary cookies:

Necessary cookies do not require consent because core website functions could not operate securely without them. Cloudflare Edge Analytics is not controlled through cookie settings because it does not use an identifier stored in the browser.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests and, where applicable, receive data in a portable format. You may withdraw consent at any time. If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you may complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate.

We do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects for you. If you do not provide the fields marked as required in the contact form, we cannot receive and respond to the enquiry.
